Here at Hyde Evans Design we believe in sticking together. We think it's important for friends, family and furnishings.
First example: Art. Please don’t spread out your framed artwork in a room... one on this wall, one on another, and definitely not one on each wall! Hanging them together makes a bigger statement. And an easy trick is to layout the art on the floor before hanging. That way you can determine how your grouping with look without putting holes in the wall.
Accessories follow a similar rule. Having a grouping of items is much more appealing than single items repeated throughout a room. A coordinated group will draw the eye and make a big impact.
In this case, more is definitely better.
