This new construction luxury residence in Baja California pays homage to its surroundings in both color palate and with architectural elements. Natural stone walls and local limestone slabs echo the hues of the natural rock formations in the neighboring town. While retracting glass walls and integrated stone floors remove the barrier between the indoors and out.

Our clients were looking to build a spa-inspired getaway, but they also wanted to stay connected to the flavor of Mexico. One way we made that connection was traveling to Oaxaca to meet with weavers for handmade local accents as well as collaborating with local furniture artisans from the state of Jalisco for custom furniture pieces including the dining table off the kitchen. Cabinetry material and stone elements were also locally sourced.

The spacious San Jose Del Cabo residence includes a primary suite with its own terrace and plunge pool, four additional guest suites, a lap pool, and plenty of outdoor living space including a rooftop lounge.
